Being a teacher needs persistence. One incident to prove that I am a persistent person was my decision to have a second attempt on my HKCEE English. I only got a C in my first attempt, therefore I did everything to reform my English in the following year hoping that I could contract what I deserve. Finally, I got an A, in which all the sub-grades were also A. under(a) an unstable educational system, to be a teacher in Hong Kong is nothing easy. I think my unyielding character helps me to become a successful teacher as I would not give up whenever I face challenges.

Other than able to survive in difficult circumstances, to work in the education field needs to be kind and patient. I have been working as a part-time ballet teacher for nearly a year. This job gives me an opportunity to speak eloquently in front of nestlings, maintain the order of the classes and control the kids emotions. Sometimes, I even need to communicate with the parents in order to win their trust. This is an interesting yet very contest job.
