Nowadays hotel industry in Ukraine develops dynamically decent and needs the tallly skilled workers of tourism. It is not enough only a higher education and experience working in tourism. There ar needed the special preparation and programs of studies, which are developed by every company under protest requirements, mission and aims. This theme acquires the special actuality in connection with fruition in Ukraine of Euro 2012.
The aim of this diploma work is perfection in process of professional development in management and studies in hotel Dnepr.
Professional development is a process of preparation, re provision and in-plant training of workers with the aim of implementation of new productive functions, tasks and duties of new positions.
By the object of research of diploma work author chose a hotel complex Dnepr, that is located on the European area in the historical, business and cultural center of Kiev city.
Today this hotel is a trade mark, that is known far outside Ukraine and which hosts over than 95 countries of the world.
