employees. If a task unavoidably to be accomplished and the leader does not rich person the support from
the employees then the leader ordain have a punishing time motivating the employees to be
productive. Therefore, a leader who is task goaded needs to also have people skills.
I discover being a earnest role model, a good listener with an open door policy, being honest,
and having integrity will gain the respect of the employer or employee.
As a leader you must be
able to be approachable and the employees need to know and understand that as it pertains to
business you are open and will to assist.
This type of leader also needs to be attentive to personalities and try to match up the
personwith the task at hand. You should always encourage the employees with kindness and
treat others with respect. This type of leader tends to be a follower because they know that some
people have more skills than and is impressed by the talents of others.
I believe to personate the optimal performance from anyone or group it is important for the
leader, to mention the group or person and find out what motivates that person. As a leader I
would use incentives to motivate others.
