Susan, a pharmaceutical representative, has been delegate the responsibility to construct a presentation or so a new drug that has been approved by the Food and medicine Administration. She has called the support desk regarding PowerPoint® and desires to cut the main functions of this software. Susans gathered data includes graphs, videos, and statistics of the new drug.

Starting out I would let Susan hunch I would be glad to help and that they are oodles of features that PowerPoint has that she gouge use of goods and services. I would start out telling her about the contrasting designs that she push aside use and the different ways to use them. so I would let her know about the different ways she can make Powerpoint transitions to each slide and how she can make each of her points, or graphics come into the slide. so I would let her know aboutinserting her graphics and videos are palmy to do by going into the insert menu and and clicking on insert chart or insert video.
