As furthermost as I am concerned, I would prefer academics programs earlier than sports facilities. The following reasons can support my opinion.
To begin with, everyone knows vie sports is wonderful for human being because it helps you to learn about teamwork, strategy and reach the goals, but it does not mean that spend too oft money for it. Students can go swimming and jugging in their protest sp ar time and enjoy from these activities.
The second points, education is playing an important role in students life that is why they melt off on it to a greater extent that other things and need that university increase technologies and equipments of libraries.
Furthermore, students are enough busy and they can not work and bring in money to afford some books or soft wares, so university should provide facilities for them.
The last not least, cost money to declare university open at 24 hours. Students study all darkness during exam periods and university has to pay for staff of libraries in extra hours, electrical energy and heating during the time. Therefore university needs more budget to process libraries building.
