INTRODUCTION

1.GENARAL OF IP IN VIETNAM

We know that enough an industrial country requires a growth industry at a high level in terms of work capacity, technology, organizational forms of production… From the experience of many developing countries and the man of Vietnams development shows that the industrial production is concentrated on the IP really bring big effectiveness of non only the development of industry, but also innovate the parsimoniousness in a national society, especially for developing countries. The achiever of the industrialization and modernization associated with the formation and development of industrial zones.

Up to the year 2010, Vietnam has 250 industrial zones were established, including 170 IZs (68% of the countrys substance IPs) has come into operation, the rest be in the process of construction, macrocosm perfected. The IPs were established primarily in three major stinting regions (the northern key economic zone, the central key economic, the grey key economic zone).




Now, the industrial zones have attracted 8,500 enthronisation projects with a total registered capital of about 70 billion USD, including foreign-invested is more than 52 billion USD (accounting for 30% FDI of the country), the rest are investment capital of domestic enterprises. The IPs now have contributed more than 30% of the countrys value of industrial production and has created manipulation for over 1.5 million direct labor and thousands of indirect labor. Thus, the IPs are truly a powerful force of industrialization and modernization.
