My team and I have cogitate our three month assignment of the Mechanical Watch Segment resulting in a recommendation to upgrade or bribe equipment which will reduce SOCC rejections to less than 10% and improve Aquines market share in the mechanical watches segment which has dropped to phoebe bird percent.

Here is a brief recap of work completed, findings and recommendations:

Findings:
60% consumers thought certification was important
78% of the respondents who were planning to buy a chronometer were willing to pay more for the SOCC certification
More than 70% of the respondents tell that the advertisement strengthened their intention to buy an Aquine Chronometer
37,500 mechanical watches Aquine displace for certification, 25,125 or 60% were rejected.

Analysis of why 60% hardship rate:

Three questions were analyzed:
1.Are the watches failing wholly the tests; what are the greatest causes?
2.How many tests do the watches actually overt?

Findings:
Greatest cause of rejection resided in three tests:
Test 3: Horizontal/Vertical deviation:53% rejected
Test 4: Max Variance in rates:68% rejected
Test 7: Mean summercater in rates:61% rejected



Recommended Equipment Purchase and rationale:

1. cost increase Poising Machine
2.Buy customized movement holders
3.Upgrade timing machine

Upgrading the poising machine and purchase customized movement holders will ensure accuracy of the watch in different positions.
