Preface

The Learning assignment tasting the differences is a combination of the subjects outside(a) lead & international parleys
The goal of this assignment is to have discover understanding of the influences of my refining and the gardening where I provide pass away in during my internship.

The assignments exits out of multiple parts. First it starts with the analyzing part. Analyzing my culture with ease of Hofstede and the Lewis case. Than I need to consider the culture where I will work in during my internship with the help of Hofstede and Lewis.

Part A is the leadership part. I need to describe the similarities and differences between my culture and the culture where I will work in. I need to extend to an example of a situation in which I notice the differences in leadership style. I need to use from the Hofstede model the power distance index.

Part B is the communication part. I need to describe the similarities and differences between my culture and the culture where I will work in. I need to crack an example of a situation in which I observe the differences in the communication between me and my colleagues in relation to straightforwardness.

Analyzing the Dutch culture

For the First part I need to analyze the Dutch culture with the help of the Hofstede model and the Lewis model.




I went to the locate of Hofstede and found the research that was done by Hofstede about Holland. The results are shown in realize 1. Under the results I explained what this means for the Dutch culture thus I analyzed the data that I found.
