CRS and Poverty
The link between MNCs CRS and penury is much debated. On the businesses side, close to(a) believe in the profitability of CRS poverty policies, while others do not. I would serve to these arguments with a quote from workers of an American apparel factory in the Dominican Republic: We never had the opportunity to make wages like this before…I feel blessed. And the difference is enlightenment and earth. The loss in competitiveness would be the pursuance: paying the 120 workers the living wage or $ calciferol a month means the factorys bell will be $4.80 a T-shirt, 80 cents or 20 percent more than if it paid minimum wage.
